What Helped Improve My Jaw Definition

I increased my jaw definition and strength by focusing on one main thing: chewing.

Here’s what I did consistently over time:
  • Chewed gum made for jaw workouts
    This helped strengthen my jaw muscles gradually.
  • Chewed tougher foods and safe objects
    Basically anything chewable that wouldn’t damage my teeth or hurt me.
  • Chewed straight up and down
    Instead of moving my teeth side to side, I kept the motion more vertical and controlled.
Over the last 2 years, my jaw has become noticeably sharper and more defined. The changes weren’t dramatic overnight, but small improvements stacked up over time.
 
How did you chew the hard foods, like on the less dominant side or a perfect 50/50?
