I increased my jaw definition and strength by focusing on one main thing: chewing.
Here’s what I did consistently over time:

- Chewed gum made for jaw workouts
This helped strengthen my jaw muscles gradually. - Chewed tougher foods and safe objects
Basically anything chewable that wouldn’t damage my teeth or hurt me. - Chewed straight up and down
Instead of moving my teeth side to side, I kept the motion more vertical and controlled.
