I've seen the video.

I would:
1) Improve posture
2) Close the mouth
3) Improve clothing style which in my opinion is a bit messy right now
4) Improve body language

These things might seem stupid but have a huge impact on your looks

Also the middle portion of your maxilla seems (I'm not a doctor) slightly set behind in comparision to your mandible.
If you manage to improve this a little bit, I think it would be a very good improvement.

Your face shape is actually very good, many people would want what you have, and you don't even realize it because you want better.
If you lost what you have today you would feel bad not having exploited it enough
