Never know what to say for these weight loss calculators.

I go to the gym to lift 4 times a week. I don't do any cardio for now. Is that considered moderate or highly active? Other than that I go to college so the only exercise I do is walking to classes.

Check the amount of calories it adds on your BMR. Then, ask yourself, am I burning this many calories every workout, plus the walking u got. There is other components of NEAT, but if you are not that active outside the gym, you can just consider your walking.

If exercise + walking calories equal the shit it adds on top of your BMR, then it should be fine, I think.
