I have been a fan of PPL for a while and started the gym on a bro split like most autists do, but im trying to figure out if I have more optimal options for solely aesthetics. I do not care about the amount of weight I move in the gym or the number on the scale I legit just want to mog.

Push pull legs but skip the second leg day 6 days is peak cortisol and fatigue

i did ppl until i noticed arms lagging behind so i switched to UL with a dedicated sharms (shoulders+arms) day midweek. i would highly recommend but you do have to manage fatigue and use proper programming.

I literally only do 32 reps of upper body per day at home. 2 minutes of exercise per day

I believe this, I'm convinced this is true.

No split for your face

Not even kidding, 5-day split 32 reps per day with just dumbells and a bench at home. Diminishing returns.
