What is the absolute correct way to measure FWHR?

What is the most correct way to measure FWHR? Do you include sideburns? and by "middle of the eyebrow" where exactly are we talking by middle of the eyebrow? I have seen it be done as what I think is start of eyebrows but is seen as the "middle".

The conventional way to measure fwhr is pretty dumb tbh. It has too many varying factors that affect the values such as size of the lips , height of the brows etc. A better way is to measure form top of the eyes to middle of the lips because it doesn't vary that much 1. Measure the Bizygomatic...
