Caffeine is 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine. Caffeine is ergogenic, and it should only be used one time per week for training sessions where you want to maximise your performance.

I think the best sources of caffeine are caffeine tablets and stimulant pre-workout powders. This allows for the fastest absorbtion and onset of action without all the other things that are found in coffee. You know and can control the dose with caffeine tablets and pre-workout powders.

Coffee is the best source of caffeine if longevity is the only goal because it contains a lot of antioxidants, but coffee also has downsides. Coffee contains antinutrients that inhibit the absorbtion of other nutrients and compounds, and it can cause digestive problems for some individuals.

If ergogenic training sessions are the goal, caffeine tablets or pre-workout powders are better purely for that purpose.

I only consume caffeine one time per week; sometimes one time per ten days. Frequent caffeine consumption will result in caffeine tolerance.

Yes i mean for overall longevity as its empirical evidence is incredible, the polyphenols is especially importsnt for me as a roider to reverse the upregulstion of mmp's, so its for long term looks too
