i think 3 grand is a fair price for bone borne device (you can probably take it to a clinic)

but there are legit american labs where your dentists buy from actually.
you can buy a device that you can hook to your jaw tbh..
and its also industry standard to screw it, not drill. all available in a kit for 500 bucks.

face puller can be bought for 50-300 bucks.
