I'm 15, I turn 16 in 5~ months and haven't seen a noticeable height increase in 4 months, I was wondering what I could do to fully maximise the rest of my puberty so I don't end up being barely 6'0.

Right now I am 182.5cm (5'11.7) in feet, and I wanna be like 6'1-6'3, Idk if its a ego thing or New Zealand's a tall country but all of my friends are either taller then me or the same height, I also get brutally heightmogged every day by my class mates that are 6'3-6'6. :feelswhy:

my bidelt is 20-21" (Measured properly, but did it myself therefore the 1 inch margin of error)

I lowkey been eating soyslop and have a shit routine for the last 2 years of my life (probably ruined alot of development), but I always told myself i'll do something the next day but I never did it. :feelswah:

Leave tips in the comments pls (let me live my chad delusion:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul:)

Have a varied and mostly clean diet, do daily resistance training and cardiovascular training with occasional rest days.
Adjust macros to body composition goals

Then find what works for you. No more to it.
