I have DSPD and my daytime sleepiness is out of control.

My schedule 6am-2pm :feelswhy:

Just fixed it by not sleeping for a day. It’s now 11pm-8 am

fucked it up for a while ago
ye the tradeoff is worth it, being awake at night can be fun but quickly gets boring and you constantly feel tired during your waking hours

Anywhere from 5am to 8am to 2pm to 5pm

i get tired at 10 but cant put my phone down
so you are wide awake during the day only sleepy starting from 10pm then that's great your circadian rhythm align with the sun.

Listen to podcast instead of staring at the screen like a cuck at night

its probably my good diet and other health practices i still go to sleep at 4am
