Maybe, rhino is a bit more risky but that depends on whether you are trying to remove a nasal hump or something more complex where you are trying to narrow down the nose by trimming cartilage etc. Basically, you can only expect to look better if they are objectively bad features. When you try to perfect an already average or above average feature, you risk looking worse.
Nope. Lots of people here have gotten good results from using extenders and bathmat. It takes time but it works. Getting 1 inch will take a year of wearing an extender for several hours a day.
