What features do you need to have?

Solution
mohito
There are 3 major bones on the face; frontal, maxilla, mandible (zygos position is also affected by maxilla)
Good development in these bones will usually lead to good harmony on the front profile

Make sure to mark this post as solution, it's the check mark on my right

So would getting a bimax(lefort 1 + bsso) effect the cheekbones?.

Cheek and jaw implants
Gonion implants are very good very effective but you need a good surgeon to not make it look weird

Cheek implants? depends
For a higher set cheekbones you get zygomatic sandwich osteotomy [zso]
for outward grown [or bigger] cheekbones you get malar implants

Zygomatic projection isnt directly affected by maxillary development but besides that yes
