What features do you need to have?

There are 3 major bones on the face; frontal, maxilla, mandible (zygos position is also affected by maxilla)
Good development in these bones will usually lead to good harmony on the front profile

High set cheekbones
maxillary projection
deep set eyes [very good halo]
good temples
mandibular projection
and PFL + eye colour [most important]

So would getting a bimax(lefort 1 + bsso) effect the cheekbones?.
 
Cheek and jaw implants
Gonion implants are very good very effective but you need a good surgeon to not make it look weird

Cheek implants? depends
For a higher set cheekbones you get zygomatic sandwich osteotomy [zso]
for outward grown [or bigger] cheekbones you get malar implants

Zygomatic projection isnt directly affected by maxillary development but besides that yes

Can bimax give you higher defined cheekbones (I'm sorry if I'm asking dumb questions,I don't know much)
