The clarity, volume & a healthy looking vibrancy of the complexion matters the most regardless of how dark or light the skin is

Beyond that I’d say Fair skin ( I associate the term “pale” with light skin that isn’t healthful /looks pallid) usually moggs harder when you have dark hair & eyebrows. Especially if you have cool toned eyes like blue, gray or a cooler green tone.

A more tan skin tone moggs harder if you’re blond, have reddish hair or a very light brown hair color. Best complimented by eyes that are a warmer tone. Warmer greens, hazels, and ambery brown beating out standard dark eyes. But since brown eyes are so common they don’t ever hurt anyone, they just usually don’t add any points.


I feel like girls can mogg another girl regardless of the combo though unless a guy has a specific type.
