so like 3 days ago i tried to stretch with my legs on the bed and hands on the ground (like in the picture) and when i applied all the pressure on the hands, i think my tendon between the shoulder and long head of tricep fucked up. i think i got an overall problem with that tendon because last summer it happened the same while swimming and when i do some specific movements with the hand it feels like my arm its being ripped off, so what peptides should i take for this?

what dose bpc? i also made some research on that and saw that it could promote cancer at it creates new blood cells or stuff like this
anything that increases growth or supply to anything increases cancer indirectly bro get this through your head.

altho don't use igf 1 for too long, there are too many sides with that, microdose it every week, max 8 weeks
