eat more protein, no wheat and sugar. That will solve 90% of your problems

Usually i dont go out to eat,

i eat bananas, fruits, sausages, bread, potato (just home meals)
Potatoes are great for fat loss, they rank very highly on satiety index. If it is available to you, try spud lite, which is a lower calorie potatoes. When eating fruits, go for higher water content fruits such as pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, and melon. When eating sausages, ideally try to make your own with lean meat, low fat content. If this is not an option and you like to go to the butcher, simply ask them if they have any leaner options for sausage and find one you like. Bananas are good. Instead of eating big bakery loads of bread try to start eating thinner breads like naan lavash and pita, you can also try keto breads which are incredibly low calorie but they are not for everyone. Try making your own breads, you have more control over the nutrition, sugar, and butter content, and you can also try making cloud bread which if done right can actually be very good but it's a hassle.

8500 steps
That's only approximately 425 calories. Try to up your daily activity you will burn much more calories. Find an active hobby you enjoy or get an under desk treadmill, 8500 isn't very high
