What should I do to fix my assymetrical cheekbones?

Left side of my face has a higher a more forward cheekbone, right side is the opposite

It makes my jaw crooked, my right eye droopy and look smaller, and it makes my left side appear more forward than the right

I've done a bit of research myself but I want to know if anyone has any recommendations or experiences with fixing this. I heard cheekbone fillers might be good but I've also heard they can be bad
I also want to know the truth about these surgeries since the people selling them to you sugar coat things and lie to you so you pay them

I'm not really sure but I read somewhere that having a tilted maxilla can cause one side of the face to be more prominent than the other side. That would also explain your misaligned jaw. Not sure what you could do to fix it tbh, maybe some type of myobrace or FAGGA?
