I want to get fat grafting to my under eyes , top lip and potentially cheeks . Should I or not. And what else should I do

Fat grafting to the under-eyes seems valid.

Why the upper lip tho? Your chin to philtrum is fine, pretty masculine.

Also dye the eyebrows jet-black for contrast (goes without saying but you gotta get a better haircut)

My top lip is downturned tho so fat grafting would help that

Look on the side profile pic it’s like downturned or regardless something is wrong with them slightly can user folds in the corner of my lips as well
