19M, 5'9, 142lbs, been in the gym on and off for 3 years. I've hit a massive plateau for the past year with lifts barely going up, and my already twinkcel physique is getting worse if anything. I don't track calories or protein since my food intake varies by day, but neither of them is severely deficient.
Thinking of starting slow with gh secretagogues instead of exogenous substances like straight gh or test. (already take 5g creatine daily + omega 3, magnesium glycinate, l-thenine, ashwganda)
Open to any suggestions (anglemax photo + good lighting, usually look worse)

how do if you know if neither are severely deficient? start tracking ur calories and fixing ur macros before you hop on any roids?? just do a clean bulk and youll get out of the delusion

i need to get a good physique within the next month; im sure tracking will help, ill start that, but for my timeline, is there anything that could help? Not looking to be a roidcel. I can kinda claim natty with cjc+ipa

cjc+ipa will do barely anything for muscles, and have none of the effects HGH would give you, all they will do is give you better recovery and way better sleep. Food scales are like 8 dollars on amazon btw.

gh secretagogues are cope and not worth it, if you want to put on muscle faster the only thing you should be considering is steroids and specifically test (gh will help but should be used alongside steroids for real benefits). If you care about fertility then it might require some thought but if not hopping on is a no brainer. I recommend 300mg test e weekly and see how you progress in a month, if not happy work it up slowly, do your own research though (also mark solution please)
