19M, 5'9, 142lbs, been in the gym on and off for 3 years. I've hit a massive plateau for the past year with lifts barely going up, and my already twinkcel physique is getting worse if anything. I don't track calories or protein since my food intake varies by day, but neither of them is severely deficient.
Thinking of starting slow with gh secretagogues instead of exogenous substances like straight gh or test. (already take 5g creatine daily + omega 3, magnesium glycinate, l-thenine, ashwganda)
Open to any suggestions (anglemax photo + good lighting, usually look worse)
