I’ve been following a carnivore diet for the last few days, primarily eating meat, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and cheese. Despite this, I’ve been experiencing low energy levels and a continuous headache. I need help figuring out what I should actually eat.

Way way way more butter. Butter is key, pure healthy fat.

Your body has to adapt to it first in order to achieve ketosis btw.

And your calories should be 70% fats.

Why would I swap out meat, which has all the nutrients I need, for some fruits that would only make me gain fat?

I don't have any butter at my house right now. Could I eat full-fat Greek yogurt instead?

Sure, but I’d advise to get some butter asap.

on why i would feel terrible on eating a carnivore diet
because u are getting used to it(ketosis), u will feel tired/terrible for probably a week, and after that u will feel somewhat normal. but still wouldnt recommend this diet its overall not worth it and can actually have health risks if u do it long term. also u will never feel as energetic as u would during normal healthy diet

I get what you mean on how I would not feel as energetic for now compared to a normal healthy diet wich i assume u mean a whole meal diet butThe problem with a whole meat diet for me is that the fat in the meat you eat and the glucouse in the carbs you eat fight for oxidation to be your main energy source which makes eating a large some of both of them not optimal.

It gives us energy which triggers the brains reward system into releasing dopamine but thats not the problem the problem is when you eat in excess of how much energy you actually need.

No offence but that's right stupid. If that were the case with modern processed food we would just eat a lot of seed oils from fast food and tons of sugar full of glucouse that you would never use and the term taste nice is subjective only realevent in compared to something else.

only flaws is if you have access to modern food :lul:
referring to foods you would find naturally, like meat, fruit, honey, milk, water
and another flaw would be seasoning, adds flavour to bland food like rice or other grains

Yes but in that case you wouldnt have access to fruit and honey all year round

whats the problem in eating fruit seasonally?
There isn't a specific limit; in fact, fruit is often promoted in a carnivore diet. The issue with fruit, in general, is that you can consume it at any time of the year, which may lead to unnecessary fat gain, particularly in the winter months.

You should eat other fucking foods aswell

You're not "carnivore" if you eat dairy products. An actual carnivore diet is 0 carb and is ketogenic.

Yes but they contain very little and far would still be your main energy source

Why not? If not, what would be a better diet in comparison to the carnivore?
Carnivore diet lacks carbohydrates, which if you didnt know, most of your body runs on carbs (including your brain). So eating carbs is very beneficial. I recommend eating a balanced diet that consists of high quality meat, fruits, some vegetables and junk food in moderation (incorporating junk food is completely optional). My personal favorite key foods for looksmaxxing and overall health are grass fed red meat, kiwis, pomegranate juice, royal jelly, sweet potatoes, milk etc.

I can see where your coming from but the whole meal diet your talking about is completely not optimal. I say this because everything you named except for the milk and meat contain glucouse and a lot of it they would spike your insulin wich makes you store more fat. Another problem with eating carbs as your main energy source instead of fat is that your not in a ketogenic state so your only burning gluocuse and not optimally fat.
