so you need a whole jaw implant ramus to chin, lucky you they make them in plastic and 3d printed it could cost about 6k so if u have 15k you can easly fix like allmost all of your problems, then u need 1,5k for buccal fat removal , and orbital implants since i dont see much mass there, for last u could have a brow ridge implant thats all
but i dont wanna be chadlike, i dont want to enlarge my face more with jaw implants, im thinking about bimax and genio for my recessed chin which i can afford here
