i do it daily ofc

i just progressively overload the reverse neck curls and normal neck curls with some plates

monday is 10 reps with the weight

tues is 20

wed is 30 ect

until sunday im doing 70 reps

oh and 3 sets for all this aswell btw

then i just increase the weight on mondays

is this a bad way ?

idk but after i do a strenuous neck session (between 10-15 mins) with weight, the next day my neck kills and my throat is sore.

i had this when i first started training neck but i dont get as sore anymore
