I am going to a new orthodontist and i want to bring up my palate that is on the more narrow side , what are the most important things i should be asking them.

What about if my lower jaw is a little more narrow than this or is it too late

its supposed to be its how your jaw closes and lines up with the upper. It has to do with your face shape

Are expanders usually admitted for the lower jaw?

they are for the upper jaw, you don't need it. the only thing you might need is braces or Invisalign for crooked teeth, which you don't seem to have by seeing your upper. I'd work on whitening, and good breath. Tongue scraping
