What to do about Pearly penile papules?

I have pearly penile papules (warning before you are look it up, its kinda gross), the girls i've been with don't mind it or understand after i tell them what exactly it is but personally i hate them and i am very insecure about them...
Has anyone also had this and or has gotten it removed somehow?

I have this too and ngl im thinking of getting them CO2 lasered off, girls have never commented on them but I also feel very insecure about them and always do lights off in bedroom lol
