what workout routine do u recommend for me?

5'3, 100 lbs, 13, rn i do around 20 curls using 10lb dumbbells and I do around 10-20 leg raises and 20 crunches, I also spam pushups, probably around 40 a day rn and that's around it, I have nothing in my room and no gym membership

first grow to atleast 5'10 and then starting working out seriously

you do not wan't to interrupt your hormones while they are focusing on growing your bones
 
If you're 100lbs at 5'3, you're prolly lean as shit. Just work on your looks if thats your concern.

frame (clavicles lenght) is completely genetics
since your fucking 5'3 and 13, you are nowhere near your final clavicle lenght

abs are mostly good bf %

and you are pretty underweight - which means you are either really skinny or skinny fat

for now just focus on eating a lot of protein and calories overrall
train moderately
