What workouts to do 3 times a week for full body coverage

I want to be strong and to look very in shape, i want strength to be functional (day2day life) not just going for high reps
I desire 2x10 sets, for ideas i have

Bench
Curls
Rows
Leg Press
Calf Machine
Curl ups
Overhead pull down down thingy
That ab workout where you lower legs to above floor but dont touch
Planks

Thoughts? All of these 2x10 3 times a week
 
3x10 Taban
4x12 Eppley
5x5 Ramieri
Superset with HT and Rhino in Turkey

i only workout twice a week 200 chin ups 200 push ups 200 squats 200 neck curls workout doesnt matter if you dont have good diet

I wouldn’t bother with the calf machine

Other than that it’s a solid starting routine- most important thing is to just actually execute and be consistent, you can adjust the excercises and fine details further down the line

the only important compounds are ohp, some kind of chest press and some kind of row.

everything else is genetics + supplementary isolation.
