My SNA is 81 and my SNB is 76. also my mandible length is bad at 113mm (average is 135mm) . Also got a narrow palate at 30mm developed through a tongue tie.
My zygos are decent and bigonial width is good and I have outward gonions.
I had a consultation with a biobloc provider, they said we can get the palate size to 40mm, the cheekbones will become more prominent, my maxilla will move forward by around 5mm, and the maxilla could widen if the suture is still open, and will fix asymmetry.
Hit puberty quite late at around 15, am currently 18. I am thinking if the suture is open I will go with biobloc first(will check via scan). Do that I can expand the maxilla and try and get an upswing. Then when jaw growth is finished I can get bimax+genioplasty if needed.
If the suture is closed I will just go for sarpe+bimax+genioplasty
Or is biobloc cope and do you recommend to just go for sarpe+bimax+genioplasty regardless if the suture is open or not.
