What’s a good ‘insulin’ fridge

What’s a good insulin fridge that I can use for gh and peps? I bought a shit one a while ago but it only works at specific angles and isn’t good enough. All the ones I see online look the exact same so idk

Should also ideally be really quiet, it will be in a wall but has to be silent
