what are some things I should focus on and avoid

rly just potassium and sodium. i like to do 2:1 ratio

get lean

eat clean (2:1 potassium to sodium ratio to balance electrolytes)

sleep well

cardio to shed the water weight

keto to shed water weight (recommended more for short term)

that's 'bout it if you're not willing to hardmaxx

there's also fat dissolvers, UC, and some other pharma you can do

@dkxe lol yeah electrolytes are key fr. also maybe look into reducing processed carbs a bit? sometimes that stuff bloats people up big time. keep it simple tho u got this

lol yeah potassium and sodium for the bloat. honestly though, at 15, it's all just downhill from here. might as well embrace the water retention, it's just a metaphor for life.
