Check pmSimple; as broad as you possibly can be via SARMs, test, or andro1/andro5/viagra/Cialis. With as small as possible waist.
- Shoulders
- Small waist with diced abs without tensing
- Huge upper back + medium traps + thick neck
- Huge legs (gives huge bulge no matter how small your package is when wearing jeans or slacks)
Don't worry about the chest or arms, they are usually very easy to grow. Just train 3x per week, use a form of PED w/ appropriate PCT, and in less than a year EVERYONE, male and female will be mirin'. If you want a simple, extremely effective workout plan, DM me and I'll send mine. (52-79kg over 2 years, while losing fat - I used PEDs once then lost a fair bit due to horrible PCT protocol, then gained it back via natural lifting for past 4 months). The workout makes sure that adequate volume and intensity is met for the muscles that recover the fastest and are most important, while still hitting other, less important muscles the perfect amount for maximum growth - good to have in your back pocket.
