***microdense foods (kiwis, avocados, eggs, spinach, kale, etc)Stick to macrodense foods (peanut butter, oats, chocolate milk or whole milk, sweet potato, etc) and get your micronutrients from really microdense foods (kiwis, avocados, eggs, etc) and don't eat anything inbetween. Only eat foods on the extreme sides of the spectrum: high calories or high vitamins/minerals.
