I genuinely don’t know but my gut is fucked what should I eat to not feel like shit all the time

I’m bloated asf burping all the time stomach burns feel like shit half the time

animal based, i stopped eating animal based and im getting very tiny pimple as of recent

just eat whole natural foods, dont eat processed shit, dont drink processed shit, natural foods, if you want specific things to eat macro wise stick to raw meat, or cooked white meat/fish, potatoes, rice, raw milk or regular milk if you dont have a source, oysters have good macros, its not hard to find a diet that works it takes minimal research.

just eat whole natural foods, dont eat processed shit, dont drink processed shit, natural foods, if you want specific things to eat macro wise stick to raw meat, or cooked white meat/fish, potatoes, rice, raw milk or regular milk if you dont have a source, oysters have good macros, its not hard to find a diet that works it takes minimal research.

ive never touched vegetables and im healthy, majority of vegetables contain oxalates and remove almost all nutritional value, you get all the vitamins you need from raw/cooked meat, natural fruit, and whole foods

Most of the time I feel fine after drinking milk but sometimes it makes my stomach upset

you have to fucking trust me on ts, go animal based. you dont have to go full carnivore and eating everything raw, but eat mostly meat, but cut of the vegetbles for sure, i dont care if they tell you "oh you need 40g of fiber" stfu. trust me cut them out, and never look back

Dude, I'm like you. It's been going on for months. Make an appointment with a doctor. That's what I'm going to do. Find out about L-glutamine and edible activated charcoal.

primal keto diet dont cope with other bullshit and ive tried all diets im not a tiktok raw meat eater cel who doesnt know shit, if u have money and access to good quality meat its a no brainer, this diet is optimal for health but if your a hardcore gymcel i would include carbs even though there bad for your health
the diet is:
Lots of raw animal fat and organs
Some muscle meat
lots of seafood, oyesters, fatty fish etc
if u can get raw spring water thats good, try to stay in keto so no juices or cocnut water if you can, if not its still fine

if you dont want to go this extreme i recommended animal based, its not bad I would just cut out the amount of fructose from fruit and include atleast some raw meat

I agree I was eating lots of fibre the recommend amount daily, a "balanced diet" with lots of 'whole" fooods but still felt like shit and had ibs till i went primal

I have a lot of gases and it all stops when I fast over long periods (12+ hours during the day).

I tried some raw ground beef and it was very good

Organs and raw chicken are revolting to me so for now I will try and just eat muscle meats and fish + dairy
