In normal/good lighting, my smile lines are invisible but in bad lighting, my smile lines show a little and it makes me look like a homeless janitor since the shape is so round and ugly. What’s the best approach to wiping off my inconvenient smile lines? Should I fat graft or inject fat dissolver right above the crease?

because of your maxilla:forcedsmile:

Can you elaborate

Type B is most common.

Most people misdiagnose themselves as well, all humans have nasolabial folds just to not to the degree where they're prominent.

If it is a maxilla problem though, it will be bundled with other problems other than just nasolabial folds. And Bimax simply will not fix it, you will need a form of implants to the infraorbital or malar area.

how much can your maxilla develop 14-18
Well if you mew and do everything to promote forwards growth. That’s only if you have a half decent base thoygh otherwise your fried for life.

Ghk-cu or taz, preferably combined with q tad bit of fat dissolver
