How do i fuel my body Properly? I was told a lot that you should Fuel your body with enough Nutrients to Grow but i dont really understand what they mean. Is it more important to track my macros or my calories?. Or should i Prioritize Micronutrients?. Can someone help me out

you should eat more than 100 g protein everyday if youre overweight = cut and should eat enough of these micronutrients :zinc, magnesium, vitamin D₃, vitamin K₂, vitamin A, vitamin C, copper, manganese, vitamin B₆, selenium, boron, silicon, vitamin B₃

bro just focus on the fundamentals. nutritionmaxxing isn't rocket science. hit a slight surplus if you're bulking (200-300 cals over maintenance), get enough protein (around 1.6-2 g per kg), healthy fats (~1 g per kg) and fill the rest with carbs. tracking macros helps if you want to dial it in, but you don't need to obsess over every micro unless you're actually deficient. eat a variety of fruits/veg to cover micronutrients. gymmaxx hard and sleep, and you'll see gains. don't starve yourself or chase meme diets, those are cope.you should eat more than 100 g protein everyday if youre overweight = cut and should eat enough of these micronutrients :zinc, magnesium, vitamin D₃, vitamin K₂, vitamin A, vitamin C, copper, manganese, vitamin B₆, selenium, boron, silicon, vitamin B₃

Both obviously. Try something like raw primal, be sure to diversify a bit.
Eat eggs, meat, fish, organs, dairy and some plants here and there are gonna be beneficial too.
Make sure to include fermented foods.

Another factor why dont you eat other foods which gives you those nutrients? Liver for example when cooked loses vit c however why dont you just supplement 2000mg everyday like a normal person instead of having to eat cold raw shit

focus on getting good protein fats and micronutrients. calories don’t matter much imo, if you’re healthy just listen to fullness cues and what you see in the mirror. a truly healthy diet lets your body regulate naturally. if you're that worried then track them very roughly

raw carnivore is the most optimal. raw meats like beef or lamb liver give nearly all essential nutrients in proportionate amounts
