i dont have eyebags or tear troughs i just have this, whats the cause and how do i fix it? volufiline? i think it has something to do with thin skin around the orbitals

u got to talk to a skin doctor to see what are the best option for your skin

It's not hyperpigmentation, it's bruising caused by the way your face interacts with your pillow (usually called "sleep lines" but i've found bruising is also common)

just moisturize and put some eye cream on it and it won’t be as visibile.

You could also put some concealer
