whats the cause for hyperpigmentation on the outer corner of the eye?

i dont have eyebags or tear troughs i just have this, whats the cause and how do i fix it? volufiline? i think it has something to do with thin skin around the orbitals

also they do not make your PFL wider lol, only lateral eyelashes can do that

just moisturize and put some eye cream on it and it won’t be as visibile.
