It’s impossible to have these legs if you’re not using a very high quantity of roidsDeadlift in general, a shit exercise with disproportionately huge risks and that offers small aesthetic benefits - it's just an ego lift to see a big number and brag about it to other gym-goers. If you want a nice-looking back, just do pull-ups.
Squats if you keep adding weight to it after reaching a decent weight / leg size. While it is really important for novices and offers some good results in term of core stability and general mobility, at a certain point it also becomes an ego lift with small aesthetic benefits. Chicken legs look like shit, but this looks even worse.

Isolated exercises if you don't know what you're doing. The compound lifts I've listed before may be overrated, but if you're starting out you better learn to do those first.
