I hit 205 bench Pr yesterday and I was fatigued from earlier sets,
I started lifting at October 3rd, so almost 10 months now, I might be repping 225 by the time it’s been 1 year of lifting for me.
my friend managed to do a 285lbs bench Pr at 6’1
But I’m wondering if a weight around that is able to be repped
