I don't want to go over that minimum because I feel better mentally and physically on a high carb, low fat diet. I've gone the carnivore route for years, longer than you shills have

Would 80g be good?

Basically what I did but I started at 14 years old, I was getting atleast 200 a day

I went crazy back then I was a true gymcel weirdo the biggest guy from my school, this is back in 2015-2016
 
I don't ever crave meat now I crave oatmeal, potatoes, rice, bread always

Same experience here, i barely crave meat, its delicious af, but not like craving it. And indeed taking 100mg B1 and eating a huge chicken burger a hour later followed by instant ramen noodles 2 hours later maked me feel the most complete and optimal mentally. What i also observed is a noticeable difference in how much you chew the food before swallowing, it hits much differently

Anything more then 100g is a looksmin and healthmin of protein if you are sedentary

We must have fat solubles vitamins stored in our livers for years after our past diets, muh nutrient density is cope I try to eat for energy and good digestion high in starch

Good on the B1 I have a B Complex supplement but it's zogged super high in b12 and b6 which you don't need as a meat eater and causes cancer I should supplement the ones I need like thiamine niacinamide folate individually

You're addicted to carbs. They feel good just like addicts feel good when they smoke meth. How tall are you? I'd say 100g a day is fine, 90g minimum.

I did a 72 hour fast for the blue moon end of August it's more that eating fats or alot of sugar (like fruit juice) really hurt my stomach I can't process it as well as I used to, but eating starches especially oatmeal and potatoes give me energy and I don't get brainfog unlike when I eat a plate of steak and eggs. I'd rather fast than eat high fat

Btw idk why the isolated B1 i took these days had the most possitive effect of any meme supplement i took (muh ginko, muh theanine), but when i used to take a B complex with high doses in all of them, i either didn't tell a difference or just felt kinda worse in a way. I need to be blackpilled on vit B biohacking hard tbh

What brand of B1 are you using? I've read so many testimonials about B1 fixing brain fog/fatigue, going to try it and see if I feel more motivated.

Just try it, its a cheap supplement, literally no cons. I use the generic HCL version but dosed 100mg because the bioavailability is meme tier for HCL (about 2-3% on average).
