Carrying on from that thread.

1. Supplements/Drugs etc
2. Exercises
3. Surgery if needed
4. Calorie Intake as well as types of nutrients

etc

That's for both Abdominal obesity & chest fat around the pectoral muscles which have a layer of fat there as "pads" so to speak.

Just asking here as I did a search on the magnifying glass & it only came up with the thread which I mentioned.

Supplement any hunger with drinking water? Hopefully there should be a supplement for appetite suppression.

Supposedly my Metabolic rate is 1678 calories & I've got the metabolic rate of a 48 year old? Is that because I'm short at approx 5,5ft or due to being 2 stone approx over weight?

stop eating

Just have some fucking discipline and dont pig out. If you really wanted to lose weight you wouldn't need an appetite suppressor you'd just have some fucking strength and not stuff your face with shit

Someone who is new to the forum and usually doesn’t understand how things work here

Ah. I did say I tried to research it before hand before asking the question.

Enlighten me how things work around here then?

Yeah, thats height but HGH improves both height and frame. But for the weight you can just stack on RAD-140 cycle for 8 weeks,it will burn fat and build muscles

Sure, dont bother with steroids in my opinion.SARMs will get the job done

They'll get rid of any "pectoral fat pads" as well caused by hormonal imbalances previously and or just fat distribution?

It apparently helps against Osteoporosis?

I take it you can but it online "kosher"?

I suggest vaser liposuction. If you have mastered diet and exercise but still have stubborn fat areas especially at your age. It's pretty cheap if you do it in Europe.

It's permanent fat removal and sculpting.

Btw I have had this procedure in HD on my abdominals and shoulders.

You can’t target specific fat loss unless you get liposuction

All of those are very thoroughly documented and studied (plenty of information available on PubMed)

Best to worst:
1) (By a wide margin, don't have to bother with the rest) Amphetamines
2) Topiramate
3) Naltrexone
4) Bupropion
5) Metformin

Method to prevent Amphetamine tolerance:

Might look into your thyroid and sex hormones too.

Thanks. This does look very interesting. Now where to buy those products. Another matter which needs to be researched into.
