What's the most optimal way to maximise sleep and get most deep sleep as possible?

Don't eat past 7 pm. Don't drink water or any liquids less than an hour before bed. Make sure you go to bed before 10 pm (Before 9 preferably), keep blue light away from you before bed, and try to keep away from stress.
