There is no "best" method. Whatever is more convenient to someone and they are able to overcome their SI, that is THEIR best method. If there were a best method, all of sasu wouldn’t exist.

SI is the limiting factor in practically every suicide

I recently came across this method, and it looks very promising. It should be quick and painless, at least according to the literature,
the helium displaces the oxygen, and you pass out rather quickly. It’s known as the exit-bag method.

The feeling of suffocation/strangulation comes from CO2 sensors in the body. If you simply deprive oxygen, it doesn’t feel like you’re suffocating, you just pass out and die. The method is inexpensive, but you need to understand that no method is perfect, nor is any method totally painless and comfy.

As shown in this study, the lethal dose was 200mg, but if I were you, id prob get 2x or even 3x that amount to account for the differences, plus it's always good to keep a bit extra in case something goes wrong.

One last thing, don’t purchase poisons online from people, particularly internationally. It will trigger a welfare check, where you will need to explain why you purchased X substance.
