The only surgeons that I imagine charging 50k are US doctors and idk why you'd want to waste money getting it done in US when there are great surgeons abroad for much cheaper

Thing is i see ppl here as competition. If they are getting surgeries, i HAVE TO get them too. this people aren't just online, they are walking amongst us, i cannot afford to know that somebody is trying harder than me
