Let’s see how optimal u guys are. I’m on anterior posterior

Yeah I split from it a long time ago
 
If ur doing it 6x a week switch to UL or Anterior posterior it’s more optimal
i was gna switch to ul soonish for sports season, 2x volume a week is what mainly matters
 
it’s fun and i progressed really fast on it
Most important is that u enjoy it and stay consistent. If u like Ppl (like me) try anterior posterior.

I use to do ppl and skip legs so I switched to A/P. It’s basically ppl with no dedicated leg day.
