Many people think they look bloated because of actual bloat from diet, fluid retention whatever but in reality its jsut their recession.
When your chin/jaw is recessed it creates puffier cheeks, this is because if would have ideal forward growth, your skin would stretch foward, you would look more angular and etc.
Im not saying "debloating" wouldnt help but you would need to see actual diuretics like furosemide for some noticeable differences

NAC (acetylcystine) - 600mg twice a day - empty stomach - morning and evening. *(Start with 600mg for first 3 weeks. Remember to cycle it, so basically stop taking it 3 months afterward, then 1 month break, then start again with 600mg for first 3 weeks)*

HOW DOES IT WORK: The NAC gives us cysteine and the gelatin gives us glycine and glutamic acid.

Cysteine, Glycine, and the glutamine (glutamic acid) help us create glutathione and increase its storage in our body, helping us make pheomelanin (lighter pigment) instead of eumelanin (darker pigment).

Vitamin C and Astaxanthin work as an antioxidant which also lightens us.

IMPORTANT: The first 4 ingredients and multivitamin are essential and are enough for really broke blackies.

ALTERNATIVES: I did not add oral glutathione to this stack because I don't think it's safe long term. IV glutathione is also not safe long term, so what's the point if you can't maintain your results? Oral and IV glutathione is also very expensive as well.

For external skin lightening, ONLY 5 INGREDIENTS.

Introduce it similarly to hydroquinone because it's very irritating. Use in the morning, not with tretinoin, otherwise, it burns pretty bad.

5. Kojic acid soap: Integrate kojic acid soap into your daily skincare routine. Use it alongside the other external treatments for enhanced results.

Results will be visible within 1 month and 1-2 years you will see the best results. You can go from Fitzpatrick 5 to 2-3 easily with consistent usage of this stack.time.>

Can dental braces and surgery help?
I think for braces it depends on the cause of the recession as well as your age. If the cause of the recession is due to an overbite (common cause I can think of), then braces might be able to fix it if you are still young-ish. Wouldn't rely on braces though because they are mainly effective when you are young, and are tools to prevent problems from happening, not fixing them.

Pretty sure surgery would fix it but go ask orthodontist what procedure you need. He might offer and say that braces will fix this, or else he could offer surgery.

Imagine looking like a literal potato and shall i say an alien?
This guy from my highschool used to be one of the most extrovert auramaxed dude on the entire building!
Despite looking like a subhuman this guy was blessed with a magnetic personality and extrovertness, that he could easily talk to good looking females & hang out with them. Don't know wtf they liked about him.
The charm?
The confidence?
The smooth conversations?
Looks have never stopped him from achieving great success in making relationships with people, connecting with new people and making long life friendships!
Everyone was impressed by him in HS,even the teachers used to like him and always connected with him.
He recently got a girl who is way out of his league and living his best life whole we rot here on this forum!
