What's your excuse for not intermittent fasting? Literally can double your T utilization.

Intermittent fasting summarized: You eat only during a 6 to 8 hour time window during the day, and otherwise you don't. At all. Also easier to get lean, as you don't snack all the time.

Imo depends on the work you are doing, for example, with physical work in factory or long working hour industries like medicine, it is tricky. However intermittent fasting approach for leanness is perfect - mogs all diets pretty hard.
