I dont skip legs. Matter of fact I hit legs 3 times a week :hnghn:
Rowing is my main sport so I kind of ignored them, coach told me to stop skipping them so I have to do them now

Well at least train them, dont neglect them.
I do them at practice, but he said to actively train them when I don't have practice
