Having lean and muscular legs is such an insane halo. Especially if you wear 5-7 inch shorts and live in a warm climate to show them off.

I’m curious to hear yalls leg routine, I wanna commit to getting my decent for summer time.

i dont train at the gym but if i was leg press and some machine for hamstrings thats enough

I only used to do quad extensions + standing on toes with weights time to time
