When i smile my cheek bones and mouth look so ugly

Whenever i talk or laugh i look so chopped but when I’m in my normal face i look alright, when i talk my mouth is just so ugly like someone with down syndrome and my cheeks also look so big even though my face isnt fat, am i using too much muscles in my face when i talk and laugh?

Yeah my teeth are fine i go to the dentist constantly i think its the face muscles or something, whenever i dont smile its alright but I’m so chalant so i always be smiling and laughing

if u look bad when smiling and ur teeth arent the problem then its probably js ur face normally, i'd say improve ur actual face and ur smile will go along with it, not sure tho on this so should do research on how it works
